I have been awoken from the throes of apathy with a couple wins in a row over genuinely good teams. Maybe the season isn't over yet!
I do admit to being more distracted lately with my fantasy leagues. They're in the playoffs and all of my matchups are extremely close, including this week's matchup with Leanne. May the best man win, eh Leanne?

ReplyDeleteI see this as a turning point in the season being a road game fresh off perhaps the two biggest home games in the season to date; to celebrate, I'm busting into my stash of Old Dutch potato chips.
If that doesn't boost our mojo, I don't know what will.
Sooooo..... About those chips and their mojo.... Uh.... Maybe add some dip and that will help BECAUSE IT'S NOT WORKING. >.<
ReplyDeleteI started reheating Chinese food and 5 seconds later we tied it up. I wish I had more to reheat. :(

ReplyDeleteI want all of you to meticulously journal every move you made during this game, and repeat it minute-for-minute on Tuesday. I, for one, will again be wearing my red England jersey from the last World Cup and doing dishes in the second period.
ReplyDeleteHmm...I passed out sometime in the second period? I woke up enough to hear the goals...
ReplyDeleteAnd Dave. I'm the best man? That's a neat trick, on soooo many levels :P
